AOT Ltd. Family business since 2003

AOT – high-quality raw materials of plant origin. The family-owned company from the Allgäu supplies manufacturers, contract manufacturers, distributors and trade customers in the cosmetics and food industries with plant-based oils, fats, proteins and antioxidants from its headquarters in the Allgäu, Bavaria, at the centre of Europe.

What began as a trading company has developed into a specialised quality manufacturer and wholesaler of plant-based raw materials from both the organic value chain and conventional agriculture.

Today, around 35 employees in five departments at AOT ensure that customers receive their orders in consistently high quality, reliably, quickly and on time.

The cosmetics range comprises an extensive selection of high-quality plant-based oils & fats as well as antioxidants. These include pomegranate seed oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, tocopherols and many other essential raw materials for cosmetic manufacturing.

In the food sector, too, AOT offers a wide selection of plant-based raw materials and innovative protein solutions. AOT’s protein mill in Wiggensbach has been in operation since 2025, producing among other things sunflower protein, known under the Heliaflor brand. Pumpkin seed, almond and other nut and oilseed proteins complete the range.
Particularly well known is SonnenblumenHACK®, a plant-based alternative to meat produced by AOT.

Fabian and Nicole Breisinger lead the company in the second generation. Expertise from the food industry and business administration combines with a family approach and a team that has remained stable over the long term.

As early as 2011, Fabian, his sister Franziska and his wife Nicole took on responsibility in the company, developed AOT continuously and expanded the original trading business into a quality manufacturer and supplier. A milestone along the way was the new site in
Wiggensbach, which since 2018 has housed an office building as well as a production building with modern high-bay warehouses, production rooms and a laboratory.

In 2024 Franziska decided to take a new career path
and fulfil her long-held dream of running her own
family restaurant in Buchenberg. Fabian and Nicole Breisinger continue to develop AOT together and are leading the family business into the future with new ideas, personal commitment and a clear vision.
